The CYPRESS CPT-251F is a high-performance universal PC/HDTV to PC/HDTV upscaler/converter.
It combines the functions of a video scaler, scan-converter, format transformer and is packed into a compact and durable metal housing with easy-to-use touch buttons.
The controls include input/output setup, picture adjustment, H/V phase adjustment, system information and many other advanced features.

The signal format can be converted from RBGHV (VGA) to YPbPr (HD Component) or from HD Component to RGBHV.

The resolution of PC or HDTV input can be scaled up or scaled down along with their frame rate.

Note. Some TV's may show over or under scanning when displaying a computer output. In some cases, third party software such as Powerstrip may be required to correctly adjust screen resolution.
